How many cups of tea does a bag make?

A Small bag brews 6-12 cups of tea or more. This number varies based on how strong you make each cup, whether you steep multiple times, etc. A good average number for a Small bag is 8 cups. 

A Large bag brews 24-48 cups of tea or more. This number varies based on how strong you make each cup, whether you steep multiple times, etc. A good average number for a Large bag is 35 cups. 

Do you use flavors or essential oils in your teas?

Never! We were frustrated by popular tea brands using artificial flavors, colors, and mysterious "natural flavors", so we are steadfastly committed to keeping them out of our products. You will only find real botanicals like leaves, flowers, and roots in everything we offer.

When will my order arrive?

We do our best to fulfill your order within 2 business days. You will receive a notification email once your order is fulfilled. We ship via USPS Ground Advantage, which takes 2-5 business days to deliver. So, on average, your order should arrive 5-8 business days after the order was placed. Please note that we have no control over delivery status once your package is in the hands of USPS.
