Mint Medley

A mellow blend perfect for any time of day. Traditionally used to support the nervous and digestive systems.

Ingredients: peppermint and spearmint leaves

Brewing: Use 1-2 heaping teaspoons of tea per 1 Cup (8 oz) of near-boiling water (200*F). Steep 2-5 minutes, strain, and enjoy. Adjust to your preference.
