“N-O-R-A” stands for: Nettles, Oatstraw, Red raspberry leaf, and Alfalfa.
Each of these herbs is incredibly rich in nutrients and toning and cleansing to various body systems. NORA is traditionally used to support a healthy pregnancy or for hormonal complaints such as PCOS and Endometriosis. NORA has earthy flavors with hints of orange and ginger in the cup.

Ingredients: stinging nettles*, oatstraw*, red raspberry leaf*, alfalfa*, ginger, orange peel*, rose petals, dandelion root *Organic |
Brewing Instructions: Use 2-3 heaping tsp per 1 cup (8 oz) boiling water. Cover and steep for at least 20 minutes - for maximum benefits, steep overnight. Strain and enjoy 1-2 cups per day or more as desired.

I have aggressive cramps, and ordered this tea to help sooth my monthly monster :) I wanted to replace a supplement with something more natural. The taste is wonderful, light but still flavorful. I felt like it helped this past cycle and I plan to continue to use it and hope for great results. :)
